It seems as though the office staff just wants to sit around and get paid without doing anything to help anyone. Any question seems like an inconvenience and every time we go for an appointment we are not even called back to a room until 20+ minutes past our appointment time. The doctor seems knowledgeable but it is nearly impossible to see them if you have a job yourself. They also try to schedule multiple unnecessary visits just to "talk" about how your child is doing. The same can be managed with a simple phone call that doesn't cost $200 like a visit would. I hate that I have to bring my children here. So frustrating and disappointing.
I am not a patient there, they contacted me looking for someone who used to have my number, but when I called back to update them I was told they couldn't take my number out of their records because they can't look up a patient by phone number. What medical program doesn't let you do that?? I use clinicpro daily and it's super easy to find. Guess I'll just have missed phone calls because your receptionists are inept. Didn't even try to figure anything out. Both myself and the patient who needs care are SOL since they won't look into matters themselves.
DR. BARKWAY SHOULD HAVE NEVER GOT A LICENSE, I WOULDNT SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO HER!! IN FACT IM SURPRISED SHES STILL A DR! DR. CHRISTINE SANBORN DESERVES A MILLION STARS!! BEST PEDIATRICIAN EVER!!!!!!!! I HEARD SHE IS LEAVING, HOPE THAT AINT TRUE. I WILL HAVE TO TRAVEL TO HER. I DONT WANT ANOTHER DR FOR MY DAUGHTER, SHE IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! THERES ANOTHER LADY IN THE AFTER HOURS CLINIC THAT MUST HAVE BEEN TRAINED BY BARKWAY, SHES JUST AS BAD.. AS FOR THE REST DONT REALLY KNOW. IM GONNA SEE ABOUT DR. CUNNINGHAM OR WHATEVER HIS NAME IS. WISH CHRISTINE SAW ADULTS AS WELL.
We go here for all of our family’s healthcare needs. And with the extended after hours clinic, you can be seen up to 9pm. Great place.
Very dissatisfied with Dr. Barkway. Always running more than an hour behind, has never made an effort to be personable or act like she cares about me as a patient. Was then "randomly drugged screened" and felt very disrespected. I will no longer return to this clinic after being a patient here for almost two years. Enough is enough.
